been introduced to the City of Fairfax’s Planning Commission and City Council with pre-application work sessions.

The first phase of a larger plan, The Ox Fairfax—Block A, is a proposed multi-acre arts, entertainment and hospitality complex located in the heart of Old Town Fairfax on 3.89 acres. Block A will serve as a premier destination for travelers and concert-goers, with plans to bring in a high-end luxury hotel and a major entertainment partner. The complex will also feature multiple boutique hotels, retail spaces, bars and restaurants, and art galleries and a green urban conservatory.

“The Ox Fairfax will transform and invigorate the heart of the Old Town.
