Ryan has over 20 years of experience working in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area real estate finance and development industry. During his time at Donatelli Development, Ryan led the financing efforts of numerous mixed-use development projects including the Park Kennedy Apartments in the Hill East neighborhood of Washington D.C., the Highland Park Apartments in Columbia Heights, and the Atrium Apartments in DC’s Ward 7 neighborhood.
Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance from Mary Washington College and received a master’s degree in real estate development at Johns Hopkins University.
