With more than 20 years of global experience in real estate financing, Manfield brings his expertise and a well-rounded perspective to Ox Hill Companies. He leads Ox Hill’s financing efforts with a practical, results-driven approach, focusing on structuring and securing equity and debt for Ox Hill’s developments.
Throughout his career, Manfield has managed construction portfolios exceeding $4 billion, guided investment strategies for major organizations including Deloitte and Amazon Web Services, and served as a trusted advisor on complex financial analysis.
Manfield earned his Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, concentrating in Finance and General Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cape Town. In addition, he is a certified Data Center Design Professional, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the American Association of Cost Engineering.
