Martiena L. Schneller brings over 15 years of expertise in urban development and design to her role as Vice President of Design and Development at Ox Hill Companies. Recognized as one of Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Martiena has led the design and execution of projects totaling over $6 billion, shaping some of the most prominent communities across the region.
Before joining Ox Hill Companies, Martiena held senior leadership roles at Hoffman & Associates, where she directed the development of iconic projects like The Wharf in Washington, D.C., along with The Darcy and The Flats in Bethesda. Her work has transformed urban landscapes, enhancing communities with vibrant residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. She also expanded Hoffman & Associates’ portfolio with high-profile projects such as West Falls, the largest development in the history of Falls Church, Virginia; Seaboard Station, one of the largest developments in Raleigh, NC; Parcel B at Audi Field in Washington, D.C.; and several residential projects across Arlington, Alexandria, Richmond, and Charlotte.
Martiena earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Lehigh University.
