Prior to joining Ox Hill Companies, Shelley honed her skills at two of the largest multinational management consulting firms, the world’s preeminent museum and education complex, a regional civil engineering and land surveying company, and several national commercial architecture firms serving the office, retail, and mixed-use development design sectors. She leverages her unique career path and project experience spanning interior design, architecture, management consulting, and civil engineering in the planning, design, and construction of innovative and contextually-sensitive built environments.
During her tenures at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Booz Allen Hamilton, Shelley specialized in operational strategy and assessment, program management, data visualization, business requirements analysis, and customer relationship management. In 2013, she joined Smithsonian Enterprises managing a team of interior and graphic designers dedicated to the design of revenue-generating spaces, including cafés, theaters, and retail stores, both within historic museum properties and in commercial leased spaces.
Shelley is a NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer and a graduate of Marymount University’s Master of Arts in Interior Design program.
